Small steps in the right direction can turn out to be the biggest step of your life.
Before I start rambling I wanted to thank all of you that visit and take the time to come and read my blog.  I have a beautiful Morning Routine Printable for you all.. just click here.

Since working from home, and having quite a relaxed routine, I have learned that I achieve more, procrastinate less when I set myself up for the day with a regular morning ritual. 

It has changed as I learn what works best for me but two of the things that have stayed are:
Today was the start of a new ritual as I finding myself having to start over all the time, so I am exploring what will stay, and gives me the most motivation and inspiration.

My new ritual includes:  Meditation, Journaling, and To Do List including a few self care affirmations.  But I always make sure before I start my oils are diffusing and my tea is hot!

Other tasks that can set your day right can be:
  • Making Your Bed
  • Skin Routine
  • Quiet Shower
  • Drinking Water
  • Yoga/Walk etc
  • Healthy Breakfast
  • Five Minute Journaling
A mindful morning has definitely lead me to more productive happy days!  I hope this gives you some ideas for your mindful morning rituals and routines.
