Easy Chia Pudding

I can be quite lazy when it comes to breakfast, but I think I have found a solution - Chia Pudding! - I can make it the night before, even make a couple in advance, and only a few ingredients!  


Recipe

250ml Milk of your choice
3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Mix all ingredients in serving dish, I used small glass bowls (as shown in photo above) that I got from a local op shop.
  • Let sit for 2 to 5 minutes until it begins to gel, and then give it a good mix again.
  • Cover and place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours to set.
  • Serve the next day with toppings of choice, I used frozen berries.  Tomorrow I am going to top with banana and blueberries!

Chia pudding can be stored in the fridge covered for 5 days in an air tight container. 
Chia pudding would also make a great snack or dessert.  The option for toppings are endless!!
It is definitely worth googling all the options and additions to this base recipe!
